FAQ

  • I ship orders approximately 3 times per week. By default, shipping is set at the cheapest tracked option for the weight. Usually US customers receive their orders within 3-10 days.

    USPS Priority 1-3 day mail is available by request. Please DM on Instagram or use contact form to arrange Priority shipping.

    I am a one-woman operation, and I occasionally travel to source more clothing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment I will post a banner on the site and notify all buyers by email of the expected shipping date.

  • Yes, I do ship worldwide! Shipping is set up for most countries.

    Please note: All orders are shipped as merchandise with accurate value, therefore they may incur customs fees to receive. By purchasing internationally, you accept responsibility to pay any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery. If you do not claim and pay the customs fee, the package may be abandoned in customs. In the event that your package is returned to sender, please contact me to arrange reshipment (at buyers cost).

  • I do not accept returns for fit issues. Please review measurements and ask additional questions prior to purchase.

    However please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have an issue with your order. I’ll do my best to assist you.

  • Rentals are available on a case by case basis to professional stylists local to Los Angeles. The full item value amount is required as a deposit. Upon returning the items in the same condition, you will receive 70% back. If dry cleaning is required, it’s the responsibility of the stylist.
